Classically trained at the French Culinary Institute, Chef Ani Robaina has always loved to cook. The daughter of Cuban immigrants, she grew up in a home where her parents, siblings, Grandmother gathered in the kitchen. There, not only amazing food made with love & from scratch, & great wine were central to every meal, but guests were always welcome & the joy of entertaining & cooking for others along was born!
